HAPPY BIRTHDAY !! - Lets try it again, well yesterday was my

birthday and I am going to try it again. This year is different. I am going to make a difference this year because I am getting off to a great start. I have already made changes and finally have the momentum because I started working out again and quit drinking and joined a group and slowed down and Liz is working on her issues at boarding school and is going to come home for a month to see if we can help her at home. I feel hopeful.

It is a new year and another year to try to make a difference. This last year has been

quite a journey. It is hard to believe how long it is taking me to make choices and reach my goal. Every day I try to move a little closer to what I want. I try different things and most of the time I am not willing to make the changes necessary. Also this year I ran out of excuses not to work on myself. Liz started boarding school January 1st. She needs to work on her journey alone where she can see that she needs to make good choices in able to take advantage of all of her gifts. So I need to go on my journey with her but apart so that when we are back together again, we both made the right changes. I pray that this year makes a difference for both of us.
